That’s Sapore is a hands-on catering kitchen with an Italian heart. We prepare flexible menus for offices, events, teams and private gatherings, with options ranging from grilled proteins and classic pasta dishes to salads, platters, sides and desserts.

The same kitchen also operates the seasonal Trackside Eatery at Goodwood Kartways, serving racers, teams, crews and families from April through October.

Confirm the final menu, quantities, timing and delivery details. A non-refundable 50% deposit secures the booking.

We prepare your order and deliver it to your location. Hosting, setup and on-site serving are not included.

Questions

Where do you deliver?

We deliver within approximately 50 km of Mississauga. Additional locations may be considered depending on the event. Deliverycharges may apply.

Is there a minimum order?

Our typical catering minimum is approximately 15-20 people.

Is catering available for pickup?

No - catering orders are delivery only. Trackside Eatery takeout is available separately during the April-October season.

Do you provide setup or serving staff?

No. We prepare and deliver the food; hosting, setup and on-site serving are not included.

Can dietary requirements be accommodated?

Dietary requirements can be discussed during planning. Please include any allergies or dietary needs with your catering request.

What if I need to cancel?

Cancellations require at least 72 hours' notice. The 50% booking deposit is non-refundable.

Can I order takeout from Trackside Eatery?

Yes. Takeout is available seasonally from April through October during Trackside Eatery operating dates.
